We partner with healthcare, behavioral health, recovery, wellness, and community organizations to assess needs, develop staff, implement programming, and build sustainable sexual wellness capacity.
We meet your organization where it is.
You don't need to build a sexual wellness program from scratch.
Our partnership model allows organizations to begin with the level of support they need today — and expand as their capacity grows.
STEP 1:
ASSESS
We evaluate your organization's existing services, population needs, staff readiness, educational gaps, and opportunities for integrating sexual wellness.
Assessments can inform future programming even when an organization isn't ready for full implementation.
STEP 2:
TRAIN
We provide practical, evidence-informed training that helps professionals approach sexuality with greater knowledge, confidence, cultural responsiveness, and appropriate professional boundaries.
Advanced professional education and credentialing pathways may also be available through the Institute for Adult Sexuality Education & Training.
STEP 3: IMPLEMENT
Sexpert Consultants can develop, facilitate, or co-facilitate sexual wellness programming directly within your organization.
Programs can be delivered by Sexpert Consultants professionals or collaboratively with your existing staff.
STEP 4: BUILD CAPACITY
Our goal isn't simply to deliver a workshop and leave. We want to make this work sustainable by helping organizations develop the internal knowledge, systems, and workforce necessary to continue integrating sexual wellness into the services they already provide.
STEP 5: CONNECT
Sometimes organizations don't just need training.
They need people and access a growing sexual wellness workforce. We are building a multidisciplinary professional network connecting trained sexuality professionals with organizations that need their expertise.
We Make the Connection.
Traditional consulting can tell you what to do. Traditional training can teach your staff something new. Traditional staffing can give you another person.
Our model connects all three.
EDUCATION
Evidence-informed, pleasure-positive sexuality education.
WORKFORCE
Professional development and access to trained practitioners.
IMPLEMENTATION
Programs designed for the communities you actually serve.
CAPACITY
Support for making sexual wellness part of ongoing care.
This means organizations don't have to choose between learning about the need and actually doing something about it.
We're trained experts who can help!
Creativity. Play. Rest. Recovery.
Recovery changes more than substance use.
It can change a person's relationship with their body, pleasure, intimacy, boundaries, relationships, identity, and sexuality. Yet these conversations are often missing from traditional treatment.
CPR for Recovery is a sexual wellness initiative designed for substance use treatment and recovery environments. We partner with organizations to assess needs, train staff, and provide pleasure-positive educational programming that supports people in rebuilding healthy relationships with themselves and others.
Services include:
Organizational sexual wellness assessments
Clinical and support staff training
Client education and facilitated groups
Co-facilitated programming
Peer recovery and community health workforce development
Now partnering with treatment and recovery organizations on pilot implementation.
Download the CPR for Recovery™ Presentation for an overview of the program model, implementation options, staff training pathway, pilot pricing, and opportunities for ongoing peer-support programming.
Use the presentation to introduce CPR for Recovery™ to your clinical, medical, peer-support, or executive leadership team and begin a conversation about what implementation could look like at your organization.
Through our relationship with the Institute for Adult Sexuality Education & Training (IASET), organizations can access deeper sexuality education and professional development pathways for staff.
IASET supports professionals integrating sexuality into healthcare, behavioral health, recovery, coaching, community health, wellness, and education.
This creates a pathway from:
Staff Training → Professional Education → Internal Capacity → Sustainable Programs
