What are your hours of operation?
Our business generally runs by appointment only. The operating hours at our HQ are:

Wed-Sun: 11:00 am-8:00 pm ET
Fri-Sat: 12:00 pm-12:00 am ET
What are the classes/workshops like?
Our educational workshops and classes typically run 1.5-2 hours long and are suited adults age 18+ regardless of sexual preference, relationships status or gender identity unless explicitly stated in the class description. All classes are LGBTQ+ friendly and engage students with evidence-based, pleasure-focused sexuality education. Participate at your own comfort level and learn from a trained professional. Do you use live models for demonstrations?
No. There is no nudity of any kind permitted or displayed at our workshops. Instructors may demonstrate techniques using silicone anatomical models, but there will be no live demonstrations using real people.
Who can attend these workshops and events?
Our educational workshops and classes are solely intended for adults ages 18+ regardless of sexual preference, relationships status or gender identity unless explicitly stated in the class description. All classes are LGBTQ+ friendly and engage students with evidence-based, pleasure-focused sexuality education. From experts to novices, all consenting adults are welcome to attend.
Can I bring my significant other to the class with me?
Our public events and workshops are best suited for individuals (unless otherwise specified). For the best experience, couples should book a private workshop to experience these classes together. For virtual events, the ticket price displayed is per screen (not per user).
Who teaches the classes and what is their expertise?
All events and workshops are conducted by certified Sexpert Consultants. Our teaching Consultants have completed the Sexpert Certification Training Program and each Consultant has earned a certificate that permits them to teach our specific signature adult sex education workshops and curriculum. Do you host bachelor/bachelorette parties?

What is the difference between public events and private sessions or workshop parties?
A public event is open to anyone who purchases a ticket to the event. A private session or workshop party (sometimes referred to as “Hosting a Class”) can be scheduled for you and a partner(s), or you and a specified guest list of 3 or more. Click the “Public Events” button below or visit our “Events” page to view the current schedule and purchase tickets to upcoming events. Will we be asked or expected to publicly participate?
Privacy and comfort are of utmost importance to us; therefore, we ask that attendees participate at their own comfort level. While it is helpful for our Consultants to have cameras on and see everyone’s faces, it is not mandatory. Participants are consistently encouraged to ask questions and potentially share with the group, but this is not required. All participants have the ability join anonymously and send questions anonymously to the presenter throughout the presentation.
What is your refund policy?
Product Purchases
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds for product purchases. If you have received a defective product, please email us at orders[at]sexpertconsultants.com or use the button below.
public Event tickets & private workshop sessions
Please note that we do not offer refunds for event deposits, workshops or public event tickets. When you reserve your spot, we reserve our Consultant's time and additional resources which is planned and prepared for in advance, much like any other professionals.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we may offer alternative accommodations on a case-by-case basis. If you have a unique or legal circumstance (medical, death, disability, court orders, etc.) that prevents you from attending the event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a credit towards a future event, or a credit towards our products or services.
If you purchased a ticket to a public workshop or class through Course Horse, you'll need to reach out to Course Horse to process a refund request via email at: hello@coursehorse.com.

What measures are you taking in response to COVID-19?
We are proactively suspending all public, in-person workshops and events until further notice. Instead, we will host all scheduled public and private events virtually when possible.
